ALVARO DONADO
DIRECTOR-PRODUCER
Born in Colombia, raised in Paterson, New Jersey, USA, Alvaro produced the award-winning short films, La Milpa, Family Portrait and Zen and the Art of Landscaping. Collectively, these films won two Student Academy Awards, a Sundance Jury Prize, a Mexican Academy Award, and a Student Emmy.
A Sundance Producer’s Lab alumnus, Alvaro produced the feature sci-fi thriller, Messengers, and the documentaries, The Evolution of Dad and Dalai Lama, Colombia. Further film production credits include Sidney Lumet’s Before the Devil Knows You're Dead, Mia Hansen-Løve’s Eden, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and TV shows for HBO, Sony Pictures, CBS, and Warner Bros. TV.
Alvaro has also directed and produced short branded content and commercials for clients such as Hess, Office Depot, and Nike Air Jordan. He holds an MFA in Film from Columbia University and a BA in Art History & Photography from William Paterson University.
MARK TENN
WRITER-PRODUCER
A dual UK-US citizen, Mark's international film development and distribution work includes the Australian feature drama, Burning Man starring Matthew Goode which was nominated for 10 Australian Academy Awards.
Previously, he facilitated script-stage film acquisitions for Japanese distribution at Little Magic Films/Toshiba Entertainment (Jonathan Glazer's Birth, Terry Gilliam'sThe Brothers Grimm, HBO’s The Life & Death of Peter Sellers).
Mark's film and TV production credits include Mia Hansen-Løve’s Eden and Comedy Central's Important Things With Demetri Martin. He has also analyzed scripts and underlying IP for New York producers including Academy-nominated director, Lee Daniels and Open City Films/Blow-Up Pictures. He holds an MA in International Relations from Queen Mary University London and a BA in Italian & Film from Warwick University.

Ruth’s production work includes the award-winning short films, Zen and the Art of Landscaping and Mary and Louise. Her editorial credits include TV shows for the Discovery Channel, National Geographic, and E! Entertainment.

During her 20+ year career, Amy has been the casting director, and in many cases a producer, for more than 90 film and television productions.
Feature film credits include Something's Gotta Give and Godfrey Reggio's Visitors. Award-winning short films include Student Academy Award winner and Sundance honoree Zen and the Art of Landscaping. Television casting credits include Comedy Central’s The Daily Show, Night of Too Many Stars, and HBO’s Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.

Sean’s narrative and documentary cinematography includes Before the Sun Explodes (dir: Debra Eisenstadt) which premiered at SXSW. He has shot commercials for Nike, Wrangler, POM Wonderful and Banco do Brasil with his work featuring in Adweek and major industry publications.
